The TELUS She CAN Coach program focuses on women interested in beginning or advancing their coaching journeys. The program supports participants through Canada Soccer’s Grassroots Coach Education, breaking down barriers and providing tools for long-term success. By nurturing women coaches at the grassroots level, the initiative helps to create lasting change not only in soccer but in community leadership as well. 

As a Quality Soccer Provider, NorWest Soccer applied to participate in the 2024-25 Telus She CAN Coach Program.

We are excited to share that Canada Soccer has chosen us to participate in 2024-25 as one of 54 clubs—only 14 in Ontario - to do so.

Key features include financial support, access to Canada Soccer’s Grassroots Coach Education Program, and Safe Sport Roster training. Access to a national support network that enhances grassroots capacity, including exclusive content, virtual webinars with sports experts, and ongoing guidance.
