Coach Assist!

Our goal is to make it easy for our team volunteers to step into the role of
Everyday Hero...and we're right on target!!!

We do this by offering our volunteers the support necessary to get a team up and running
and keep it that way all season long!

We offer:

• Rec./Community Coach Orientation every spring - usually early May.

• Preferred Training Method - Nationally recommended training method for novice coaches.

• In-house (NCCP) Courses for those interested in our Fully Qualified Team Official pathway.

• Annual player registration discounts offered for teams coached - January.

• NW Wooden Nickels - $5 credits whenever we Catch you being Good!

• Full-time administrative guidance to navigate all the red tape & mid-season questions!

• Qualified, on-field Technical Leaders - Every practice, all season!

• Proven training sessions using... 

• Club-provided equipment, on-site!

• Ontario Soccer & Canada Soccer approved resource library.

Additionally, our summer staff is on-site for field setup and coach support to back it up again!
All you have to do is show up, follow the assigned activity for the night, share a few high-5s, & smile!
