All our indoor programming occurs at the BMO Centre (295 Rectory St, London).
It starts just after Thanksgiving in mid-October, skips over Winter-break &
ends until just before March Break.

Is your player Coachable? It begins LONG before your player hits the pitch! It begins with modelling preparedness as a caregiver and following the season instructions we give you for your player. 😉
One of our jobs is to funnel everyone from Having an interest in your child playing soccer --> down to getting them to a tiny spot on a big field on a giant planet (sorry, I can't help them remember the shinpads, but my professional Soccer Mom Hack🦸🏼♀️#2 is to keep a specific Soccer Bag. & Soccer Waterbottle. EVERYTHING goes back in the bag when it's not being worn or washed - (SM Hack🦸🏼♀️#2: Washing is optional during stressful times). Remind your child this is THEIR responsibility and to do it good-naturedly! SM Hack🦸🏼♀️#3: The water refill station is by the double blue doors near Field #4 - Damian Warner Field, so even if the Soccer Waterbottle doesn't get filled before you leave Home, it can be at the BMO Centre!
We try to find a way to communicate the info so as many of you as possible know where to go and when (on a shoestring budget, as a Not-for-Profit community club). This does take some careful reading and a little trust in yourself, me - and PowerUp:
We anticipate having your season schedule in PowerUp MemberZones by October 1st (except possibly for Teen programming since registration comes in slowly). When you are logged into your PowerUp Member Zone (where you registered), locate the Family Calendar button; it's got the coordinates to help you know where and when! These will also appear in the PowerUp Mobile App. The coordinates refer to a Location with a Field AND a Zone on that field.
Find your FIELD (NUMBER) & ZONE (LETTER) before you leave the house - tell your child. You will kick yourself if you don't!
Our location for Indoor Programming is the BMO Centre - 295 Rectory St (this is also our office location). Arriving at the BMO driveway when our session begins - is a Yellow Card. Please leave at least 15m (extra) to park and hustle your kiddo to the correct Zone on the correct Field so they arrive in as good a mood as possible - as many weeks as possible.
Saturday, 10AM & 11AM, participants will go to Field 2 in the main building (go left once inside the front doors, through the food area, turn right through a set of blue doors, then around the outside of the fields, to the far left corner). Your Zones are lettered A-D(1&2).
Thursday 6:30PM & 7:30PM participants will go to either Field 5 (AKA Hyundai Field) or Field 6 (AKA NorWest Soccer Field) in the Addition to the main building (turn Right once inside the front doors, go left at the banking machine, through a set of blue doors, turn right again, through another set of blue doors). Your Zones are lettered A-C.
*Thurs She's Got Goals: Your Zone may change WEEKLY since SGG is a league and game schedules require some rotation but will remain on Field 5 & 6.
Check off attendance in...PowerUp before arrival,
Wear your Club shirt (once it's provided) & athletic shorts or sweats,
Wear shinpads - covered by soccer socks,
Bring clean and dry indoor running shoes or turf soccer shoes to change into. -
Outdoor Cleats are NOT permitted at the BMO for safety.
Bring a full & LABELLED water bottle weekly.
Know what Field and Zone they are participating at weekly
Ask questions if they don't understand ;-)
