We have used PowerUp for all our registration and league management needs since 2009!
Everything for your season will be held within your PowerUp Member Zone! Use it for Registration, Schedules, Receipts, Volunteering, etc.
You can find helpful information about your MemberZone Profile by clicking on the "?" anywhere in the registration process within PowerUp.
You can register anywhere you can get online! 💻
For simplicity, we recommend starting on a computer, if you can.
Having your MemberZone Profile set up for your family within PowerUp is necessary to volunteer or to purchase any of our year-round programs from any online device.
You may come to our office during our posted office hours below. We will guide you through completing the steps below to create your profile if you have trouble following them independently. Please be aware that we have limited staff availability during peak seasons.

Open PowerUp (Green Bar above or link far below) and navigate to NorWest Soccer’s sign-up page via the link at the top of our page, "REGISTER," or the bottom of our page, "PowerUp Member Login."
You can log in or create a Parent/Guardian profile here. If you do not have an account, create a new one by clicking the Sign Up tab on the right-hand side of the page and following the prompts

Use the Sign-Up tab (pic. above) to create a Parent/Guardian profile in PowerUp's online system.
Follow PowerUp's prompts to complete your own profile before adding children.
If you plan to coach, complete the request for your date of birth.
Add-a-Player to your profile - or as many participants that you would like to register in programs.

Log into your PowerUp Family Profile,
Check to make sure the participant you plan to register is listed in your profile (if not Add-a-Player)
PowerUp only shows options available for your player's age to help you feel confident that you have the right one!
Scroll down to select the player you want to register for a program.
Use the dropdown menu(s) under their name to read about our offering(s) for their age.
Check the box to the right of the screen to choose what you want to add to your "cart."
Add anything else you want to purchase.
Use the Check Out "button" at the bottom of the screen.
Read and complete Ontario Soccer's Membership info.
Choose the method of payment you intend to use.
Read and complete the Communication, Concussion, and Photo/Video info waivers.
Click to submit your registration.
Check your email for your PowerUp Player Registration Confirmation and Invoice Order Number.

We accept payment in the following ways:
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), also known as e-transfers: payments@norwestsoccer.com,
Cheque,
Cash; brought in during our posted office hours.
All payments must include your registration Order Number (#3----) in the memo field.
Since payments are all processed manually, there can be a 1-7 day processing delay between receiving your e-transfer and processing funds to your PowerUp MemberZone account, especially during the busier parts of our season.
Please allow us this time to process your payment. If you receive more than one payment reminder after sending us your payment, or if your PowerUp account has not been credited for payment after 10 days, don't hesitate to contact us with your 5-digit order number at accounting@norwestsoccer.com with an inquiry.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or e-transfers, are our preferred method of accepting registration fees. You can send them through your bank's website or banking app. Please send your registration fee to payments@norwestsoccer.com.

We accept cheques or cash during our posted office hours. Our office is on the second floor of the BMO Centre, 295 Rectory St., London, ON.
We provide electronic or hard copy receipts immediately for you. If possible, correct change is preferred. We do have a limited amount of change on-premises that is deposited nightly.
To reduce merchant fees we have no debit machine. A BMO Banking ATM is located on the first floor of the BMO Centre outside the BMO Center's office.
We no longer accept credit cards for player registration fees due to the large amount of your money we were spending on merchant fees annually.
It was well over $15,000 a year.
(DYK: the bank fee on a $175 credit card charge is about $6.00 !?) 😱
As a not-for-profit, we decided to spend it on our participants and our student staff mentorship program, which helps youth build their resumes and supports local youth experiencing tuition concerns.
We welcome payment arrangements since we do not offer credit card payments. We will break up your payment into monthly installments, fees, and judgment-free!
Our office can be tricky to find if you are unfamiliar with it. Use the following instructions to find us:
Inside the BMO Centre, take the stairs across from the front doors to the 2nd floor - if you would benefit from using the facility elevator, inquire at the BMO Centre Office next to the front doors.
From the top of the stairs, go through the blue double doors onto the track,
Turn right onto the track and go toward the blue double doors at the track's first corner.
Go through those blue double doors and down the hallway overlooking Fields 5 & 6.
NorWest Workshop/Office is on the Right, about halfway down the hallway - just past the washrooms.
The door is a Push! No need to knock - Feel at Home! 🏠
