Soccer in Schools

NorWest is Honored to have been selected by Canada Soccer as one of sixty-four Soccer in Schools 2024 grant recipients in Canada!

The Soccer in Schools grant program helps reduce barriers for new-to-Canada participants while also promoting the ideals of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) in organized soccer through Soccer in Schools. By connecting local soccer organizations to local public schools, we increase the ability for participants to experience organized play in their community. Canada Soccer

Fall 2024

We selected three Thames Valley District School Board schools and three London District Catholic School Board schools in the NorWest Soccer community to connect with. We look forward to seeing the kids at our Soccer in Schools turf open house, donating training equipment to use at schoolz, and providing school staff with updated Canada Soccer Education modules.
