Police Record Check Details

Since 2004 NorWest Soccer has required Police Record Checks of our volunteers.

All coaches new to NW Soccer are required to complete a PVSC, in the name of NorWest Soccer Optimist Soccer Club, and submit it to the office as early in the year as possible. Coaches are NOT permitted to represent NW Soccer or on any NW Soccer training surface without having filed a PVSC or Waiver/Declaration Form in the name of NorWest Optimist Soccer Club with the NW Soccer office.  Coaches are required to get a new PVSC every 3 years and complete a waiver every year that a new PVSC is not required.
